Claire Tondreau has over twenty-five years of hands-on business and leadership experience. In her executive positions at New York advertising agencies she built teams, led teams and studied the drivers of success. Claire founded HotSpring, a brand development consultancy, in 2000.
For the next decade, Claire led HotSpring’s initiatives to identify and unlock brand potential, collaborating with and counseling hundreds of senior executives and teams in Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller firms across a range of industries and company cultures. HotSpring’s approach unified executives across functions with an agreed-to vision for their business and a shared excitement about change. As a result, these teams were able to make thoughtful strategic choices and develop action plans that delivered double-digit—and in some cases exponential—growth.
